Do I Need to Follow a Specific Diet in Boldly Balanced?

No! The Boldly Balanced program isn’t about strict meal plans or restrictive diets. Instead, it’s about tuning into your body’s cues - hunger, fullness, and cravings - to nourish yourself in a balanced, sustainable way.

We believe in food freedom, which means enjoying food without guilt, shame, or rules. This program is all about creating habits that fit your life, not following a one-size-fits-all diet plan.

How Much Time Will I Need to Dedicate Each Week?

You’ll want to dedicate about 1-2 hours per week to the Boldly Balanced program. This includes your weekly 45-60 minute coaching call, plus any time you spend reflecting on the tools and strategies covered during your coaching call.

In addition, you'll have unlimited text support when needed, so you can get help and stay on track without feeling overwhelmed.

It’s about progress, not perfection - this program is designed to fit into your life, not add more stress.

Will I Receive a Satisfaction Guarantee?
